Martha Gelnaw

Martha is masterful at facilitating successful business outcomes.

Within consulting, coaching or training programs, she helps leaders and teams find mastery in communication as their strategy for greater success. Leaders and emerging leaders leverage their skills and talents to achieve optimal business results.

Martha, after 16 years of business management experience within world class corporations, has for the past 20 years coached and advised senior executives in communication strategies and skills that drive greater business results.

Along with her extensive management and leadership experience in world class companies, over decades, Martha has herself trained with Master Teachers in voice, improvisation and acting technique and received a Master’s degree from the New Actors Workshop conservatory in NYC training with luminaries such as Mike Nichols, Paul Sills, George Morrison, and Patsy Rodenburg.

She draws on her extensive background in business management, communication and her performance training to provide unique and multi-disciplinary coaching – and dedicates herself to helping clients increase connection, authenticity, expressivity, clarity of communication and engagement in order to achieve the highest personal and professional goals.

It is through her experience, keen listening, and observation of people striving in their roles to connect and succeed that her clients successfully communicate to build successful teams and their own powerful and authentic presence for greater impact and effect.

Martha is able to break down what mentally and physically can be done to build deeper connection and persuade stakeholders to action. These techniques are used with her clients to help balance their intellect with their intuitive selves. Her leadership presence work is called Presence and Impact.
Martha also has a large amount of business experience across all industries. Some of her activities consist of helping leaders build demonstrated authenticity, deeper relationships with clients; coaching in successful presenting and selling techniques; preparing analysts for a variety of internal and external communication; preparing senior executives for road shows and high-stakes pitches; and preparing speakers for industry conferences.

Prior to setting up her private practice, Martha spent six years at Rogen International, a global communication-consulting firm.
