Exhalation: An Exercise
- Sit upright in a chair. Rest your hands on your thighs.
- Breathe deep and just focus on your exhalation.
- Allow your body to align itself. Deep breath. Focus on your exhalation.
- Emit a slight hissing sound on the exhalation. Release shoulder tension.
